Happy Birthday Leo Laporte!

     Being a member of the oh-so-awsome TWiT army, I feel it neccersary to say Happy Birthday to the Chief TWiT, Leo Laporte. Today Leo celebrates his 50th Birthday as well as his 30th year in Broadcasting. Although I haven't really been a fan of TWiT since it's it's conception back in 2004. Now that he has an entire network of podcasts, with it comes an entire army

of TWiTs from dozens of country's around the world. I'm in Canada but if you look at the Frappr map that has been set up for the TWiT army. Looking over the Frappr Map, you can see that the TWiT is not confined to the United States or even Canada for the that matter. There are people who listen to TWiT in Europe, South America, and even down into Africa! This proves that TWiT is not something that's localized to North America, or even western Europe. That's the great thing about the Internet -Leo tapes TWiT, usually tapes TWiT somewhere in California. He edits it and the next day it's all the way over here in Atlantic Canada. With the technology of things like RSS and really cheap audio equipment makes Podcasting something almost anyone can do.
    Anyway, I just want to wish the Chief TWiT a very Happy Birthday!
